For Scotland where the market is very different we have included solicitors who also act as property agencies. Also as part of the upgrade we checked each agency for display of membership of the following professional organisations including Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors RICS , The Association of Residential Letting Agents ARLA, National Association of Estate Agents NAEA and the National Approved Letting Scheme NALS . Just because we do not have membership listed does not mean the agency does not belong to the organistion ( they may choose not to display the membership logo )
